Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. I am legally and ethically bound to protect your privacy. What you discuss in therapy is confidential, with a few exceptions, such as if you pose a danger to yourself or others, or if there is a legal requirement to disclose information.

My fees vary depending on the length of the session. I can provide you with a fee schedule during our initial consultation. I do accept Cigna and Aetna, but for all other insurance I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can supply you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It is best to contact your insurance company directly to inquire about your out-of-network benefits.
